I also offer corporate and Professional development yoga sessions as well as workshops, parties
& personal individual and group sessions.
I believe that yoga is for every BODY and every Mind. Classes are inclusive and offer an approach that is available to all in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment.

Restorative Yin Yoga- Tuesday @ 7:30 pm (2 Spots Open)
This gentle, meditative practice blends prolonged, passive stretches with breathwork to release tension, loosen stiff joints, and restore balance. Supported poses allow the body to soften and the mind to settle, promoting deep relaxation, flexibility, and inner equilibrium. Ideal for reducing stress and cultivating a sense of calm, this class offers a soothing space for all levels to unwind and reconnect.

Yogalates Wednesday @ 6:00 pm (3 Spots Open)
This class is a fusion of the physical, and mindful postures of yoga combined with the core strengthening and alignment of Pilates. Transform body and mindset with Yogalates classes that strengthen, tone, stretch, improve balance, and relieve stress.
We use exercises to target deep core muscles and build strength and muscle tone using resistance training. This combination of Pilates and Yoga will bring balance leaving you feeling uplifted, stronger and centered.

Yin/Yang Gentle Yoga Wednesdays @ 7:30 pm (FULL)
In this class you will experience the benefits of a balanced practice through both yin and yang styles of yoga. The yin style of long-held passive poses opens the body deepening and enhancing flexibility at the core of your body; specifically, the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. As well as a Gentler yang style focusing on mindfully allowing every student to move safely into each pose, with enough time to employ props and allow for modifications. A great practice to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, build strength, flexibility & balance.
