I also offer corporate and Professional development yoga sessions as well as workshops, parties
& personal individual and group sessions.

I believe that yoga is for every BODY and every Mind. Classes are inclusive and offer an approach that is available to all in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment.

This invigorating full-body workout blends the principles of Pilates, the fluidity of yoga, the artistry of dance, and the power of interval strength training. Mindful yet intense, Barre targets deep muscle engagement with dynamic movements, seamlessly transitioning into stretches that enhance flexibility and balance. Build endurance, coordination and sculpted strength in a practice that harmonizes precision with grace—perfect for those seeking both challenge and alignment.

DATES- July 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th, August 13th, 20th, & 27th

​​Yin/Yang  Gentle Yoga Wednesdays @ 7:30 pm (FULL) 

In this class you will experience the benefits of a balanced practice through both yin and yang styles of yoga. The yin style of long-held passive poses opens the body deepening and enhancing flexibility at the core of your body; specifically, the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. As well as a Gentler yang style focusing on mindfully allowing every student to move safely into each pose, with enough time to employ props and allow for modifications. A great practice to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, build strength, flexibility & balance.

​Restorative Yin Yoga @ 6:00 pm (FULL)​​

This gentle, meditative practice blends prolonged, passive stretches with breathwork to release tension, loosen stiff joints, and restore balance. Supported poses allow the body to soften and the mind to settle, promoting deep relaxation, flexibility, and inner equilibrium. Ideal for reducing stress and cultivating a sense of calm, this class offers a soothing space for all levels to unwind and reconnect.

​​Mat Pilates @ 6:00 pm (FULL) 

This ​is a mind & body practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, enhanced flexibility, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention.  In this class, we learn to use your own body weight as the primary source of resistance, developing awareness to help you stabilize and strengthen from the inside out. All exercises focus on originating movement from your core center, leaving you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and toned.
