I also offer corporate and Professional development yoga sessions as well as workshops, parties
& personal individual and group sessions.

I believe that yoga is for every BODY and every Mind. Classes are inclusive and offer an approach that is available to all in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment.

💪 Barre: Strength, Grace, and Flow This energizing class blends ballet-inspired movement with Pilates, yoga, and functional strength training to sculpt and tone your entire body. Set to upbeat music, we’ll move through low-impact sequences that target core, glutes, legs, and arms—building endurance, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility.

No dance experience needed—just a willingness to move with intention and have fun. Expect small, precise movements, lots of encouragement, and a community vibe that lifts you up.

Restorative Yin Yoga -Tuesdays @ 7:30 pm  (2 Spots Remaining)

🌙 Restorative Yin Yoga: Deep Rest, Gentle Release This class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Through long-held, supported postures and mindful breath, we’ll gently open the body’s deeper layers—nourishing joints, fascia, and the nervous system. It’s a practice of stillness and surrender, where healing unfolds in quiet moments.

Perfect for those navigating stress, grief, fatigue, or simply seeking deep rest. Props and modifications are lovingly offered to support every body and every experience.

Perfect for all levels—whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice. Modifications are offered, and props may be used to support and challenge you safely.

Yin/Yang  Gentle Yoga Wednesdays @ 7:30 pm  (1 Spot Remaining)

🌞 Gentle Yin Yang Yoga: Energize & Ease This class offers a mindful blend of movement and stillness, leaning into the Yang—gentle flow sequences that build warmth, strength, and mobility—while weaving in moments of Yin to soften, stretch, and settle. It’s a practice that energizes the body while calming the mind, perfect for those seeking balance without intensity.

Expect breath-led movement, accessible transitions, and spacious pauses to reconnect. All levels are welcome, and props are encouraged to support comfort and choice.
