I also offer corporate and Professional development yoga sessions as well as workshops, parties
& personal individual and group sessions.
I believe that yoga is for every BODY and every Mind. Classes are inclusive and offer an approach that is available to all in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment.

Gentle/Beginner Yoga is accessible to students of all levels.
A gentle class that is taken at a slow pace and incorporates modifications for each pose that promote bodily awareness.
Combining breathwork and meditation, gentle Yoga is the perfect practice for someone who is new to yoga or looking to slow down and refocus their practice.

Barre is an invigorating total body workout. Barre is a mindfully intense class with the perfect mix of dynamic movements that work deep into the muscle, seamlessly transitioning to deep stretches to balance the body. Pulling from the principals of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, the grace of dance and the body sculpting benefits of traditional interval strength training Barre helps develop dynamic strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

Restorative Yin Yoga is a class focusing on slowly stretching tight muscles and loosening stiff joints.
This class is designed to help guide you towards flexibility and stress relief through longer-held passive supported poses; utilizing the breath, encouraging the body and mind to connect with equanimity, evenness, and balance, in this meditative practice.

​Yin/Yang Yoga is a class in which you will experience the benefits of a balanced practice through both yin and yang styles of yoga.
The yin style of long-held passive poses opens the body deepening and enhancing flexibility at the core of your body; specifically, the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
As well as a Gentler yang style focusing on mindfully allowing every student to move safely into each pose, with enough time to employ props and allow for modifications.
A great practice to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, build strength, flexibility & balance.

Mat Pilates is a mind & body practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, enhanced flexibility, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention.
In this class we learn to use your own body weight as the primary source of resistance developing awareness to help you stabilize and strengthen from the inside out. All exercises focus on originating movement from your core center leaving you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and toned.
